Pricing Policy
Innovative Computer Engineering is the only manufacturer and/or distributor of ICE products. The open market prices offered are fair, reasonable, and in line with standard market pricing. The prices are in no way different than any other price offered to any other ICE customer. All ICE prices are listed thoughout the hardware section of this web site, and none of our prices are regulated by law. Fed-Ex 2nd-day shipping domestically is included. Payment terms are net-30. We do not take credit cards. Volume discounts are as follows:
When card quantity is 50 units or greater we offer
a 5% discount.
When card quantity is 100 units or greater we offer a 10% discount.
When card discount equals 5% the I/O module discount is 2.5%.
When card discount equals 10% the I/O module discount is 5%.
There are no reseller discounts or special government rates. All software and installation support are free of charge.
Product Warranty
Innovative Computer Engineering warrants all hardware products against manufacturing
defects for a period of one year from date of shipment to the original purchaser.
Software updates are available for download from this website and are free of
charge for the life of the product.
Non-Volatile Memory Certification
Innovative Computer Engineering certifies that no ICE-PIC4T, ICE-PIC4X, ICE-MBT4, ICE-DTDM, ICE-DTDMX, or any of the I/O Modules contain writable non-volatile memory. All memory is cleared at power down.
**The new ICE-PIC5XL and PIC6 cards contain a writable non-volatile E prom, and in addition contain volatile memory. The volatile memory loses it's contents when power is removed. The E prom holds the Xilinx gate Array code only. It will never hold any user supplied data. There is no interface provided for the user to write data to the E prom. In short, even though the E prom has writable non-volatile memory, it will only ever hold the gate array code for the Xilinx E prom. Innovative Computer Engineering warrants that each information technology product delivered under contract shall be able to accurately process date data (including, but not limited to, calculating, comparing, and sequencing) from, into, and between the twentieth and twenty-first centuries, including leap year calculations, when used in accordance with the product documentation.
