 The 6 position panel with Low Density Connectors for series 2 cards is part 1013-0118-06.
The 6 position panel with High Density Connectors for series 3 cards is part 1013-0130-06.
The 8 position panel with High Density Connectors for series 3 cards is part 1013-0131-06.

The connector on the standard 36 pin ribbon to ELCO MIDAS DSM transition panel is shown below.
