**ICE announces End-Of-Life for all ICE-PIC4 series cards and associated I/O modules**
Innovative Computer Engineering will discontinue sale of the ICE-PIC4 series of cards and associated I/O modules effective 30 September 2010. Software support for the product line will be provided through at least September of 2012. This announcement includes ICE-PIC4T, ICE-PIC4X, ICE-A2D-r4, ICE-A2D-r6, ICE-A2D-r7, ICE-D2A-r2, and certain digital I/O modules. This announcement is the result of critical component obsolescence and a significant decrease in the number of available PCI-based platforms.
As of April 28, 2011 ICE will discontinue the sale of the ICE-DTDM and ICE-DTDMX. Software support for these two items will continue through 2013. This is a result of critical component obsolescence. ICE has announced the ICE-V6M processing module as a replacement.
ICE appreciates the strong customer interest in the ICE-PIC4 product line over the past seven years. ICE will continue to sell and support the ICE-PIC5 product line, ICE-PIC6 product line, and all associated I/O modules.
For specific information on the ICE-PIC product lines, please visit the DSP Cards page or I/O module page on the ICE web site. For any other questions please contact ICE directly.
