The NeXtMidas SYS and ICE software packages are developed and maintained
under IR&D funding by Innovative Computer Engineering, Inc.  

The SYS package defines the NeXtMidas kernel. 
The ICE package interfaces with ICE DSP cards.

Innovative Computer Engineering will permit distribution and use by others 
subject to the restrictions of a licensing agreement which contains (among
other things) the following restrictions:

1.  No credit will be taken for the work of others.

2.  Commented source code of any modifications or additions will be 
    made available to Innovative Computer Engineering on the same terms.

3.  All documentation, credits and copyright notices will remain intact 
    and be displayed as delivered.

4.  It will not be repackaged or embedded into another project such that 
    the original source, credits and project name are obscured.

5.  Distributions or derivative works to be sold for profit are subject 
    to licensing fees and additional restrictions.
